The Portrait FAQ’s

So, you’re thinking of booking a portrait session but have a few questions. No problem, have a read of our FAQ below, if you the answer isn’t available then just give a quick shout and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

1. How do I book A session?

To book a session simply complete the ‘Enquire About Your Portrait Session Now’ form and we’ll reply with in answer to your available date.

2. Do I need to pay upfront?

All Portrait Session must be paid for in advance to secure the date/time slot in our diary.

3. Can I cancel, will I get a refund?

All booking fees are non-refundable. Once a date/time slot has been reserved it is no longer available to the studio to ‘sell’ to other customers and therefore we are unable to refund any payments as the studio would be out of pocket.

It is the responsibility of the customer/client to ensure their availability for the date/time slot that they have reserved.

4. We booked an outdoor shoot, what if the weathers’ bad?

Due to the nature of out door shoots, neither the studio nor the customer can be held responsible for the weather. As such any cancellations due to poor weather may be re-booked for an alternative date indefinitely.

5. What should I wear?

This depends on the type of Portrait image you would like, fun & funky, Serious & Smart or Casual & Cool. Is going to be a Single Portrait, Head-shot, Couple Shot or Family portrait. Depending on the type of Session you book we will guide you with some advice on what to wear prior to your arrival at the session.

6. What happens to the images?

All suitable images are uploaded to your personal, password protected gallery for you to view and order your included prints. You and your family may order any other prints at their marked price. The order will be processed and the prints will be sent direct to the ordered address.
